Jørgen Nøvik's journey through the world of snowboarding spans over three decades, marked by a passion for excellence and a dedication to his craft. Beginning as a standout member of the Bernhard Sports Skateboard Team in the late 1980s, Jørgen quickly rose to professional status, earning recognition for his exceptional skills on the skateboard.

It was in the realm of snowboarding where Jørgen found his true calling. From 1990 to 1997, he soared as a professional snowboarder and world cup rider, leaving an indelible mark on the slopes with podium His impressive list of accomplishments includes podium finishes at prestigious events such as the Halfpipe Norwegian Championship and the European Championship in 1993, as well as notable performances in world cup competitions across the globe.Yet, beyond his personal achievements, Jørgen's greatest joy comes from sharing his love for snowboarding with others.

In recent years, Jørgen has dedicated himself to mentoring and coaching, sharing his expertise and passion with snowboarders of all levels. His commitment to teaching goes beyond the slopes, as he has worked as a mentor and coach for individuals seeking to elevate their skills and confidence on the snow.

Additionally, Jørgen has served as a World Cup and Pro-Invitational Judge for esteemed organizations like TTR and TAC, contributing his insight and experience to the world of competitive snowboarding. He also dedicated himself to mentoring and coaching, training a paralympic snowboarder from basic riding skills to world cup and Olympic team level over a six-year period.
